Click here to check your eligibility for my insurance-covered care through The Lactation Network if you have the following insurance plans: Anthem PPO, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, VA OptumEast, Premera, Regence, UnitedHealthcare PPO and HMO, UMR, Oxford, or a plan that includes MultiPlan or PNOA on your insurance card. If you have CIGNA, please use the CIGNA portal as TLN does NOT cover CIGNA members. If you DO NOT have insurance, I do take private pay, payment with HSA, and major credit cards- see if you qualify for my sliding scale!
